information needed as to when the level crossing was removed - was this 1872-3 when station was developed?

1873 Barn Erected on site of house (conjecture) - Wrong! 1883. ACG
1873 Move H-y-L staton building to current location (conjecture) Possible, but probably modified if it was moved. This might account for the buildings very odd shape(s)! ACG
1873 Built original Goods Shed (conjecture) - Possible - a new Goods shed and sidingin 1883, at same time as 'barn'. ACG

1895 small kiosk erected for refreshments. Earlier, I think, but relatively short-lived. I need to search photos. ACG

1896 centre road from BF, cut back
1896 Barn replaced by station house - I think so, but a Board minute quoted by Peter Johnson is confusing and he postulates a later date for the house, into the 2very early 20thC. I have photo evidence to show it was there before 1898. Confusion cleared up, in 1896 a stone built, two room building was built on the Down side as a passenger shelter - at that stage NOT a house. In 1909/10 the building was extended and THEN became the stationmaster's house. ACG

1958 Reopened 5th April Also loop shortened.

1966 new spur in for Deviation work

1967 top end siding laind in the spring

1968 Platform installed - curves slewed to current position

1969 Coed Llyn MairNature Trail opened 18 May
