There are / have been a number of miniature railways connected with the Festiniog Railway.

One at Minffordd Yard runs from the Maenofferen Sheds along the southern edge of the yard to the far end of the camping field. This line include sections of 5" gauge but the extent is limited. The other is at Gelerts Farm.

Further details on both of these would be welcome

The orignal 7 1/4" gauge railway could be found at Tan-y-bwlch, installed by the railway's Civil Engineering consultant Brian Hollingsworth. Brian had an extensive garden railway, "The Croesor Junction and Pacific", and locomotives used at Tan-y-bwlch usually came from the CJ&P, most notably the 7 1/4" gauge SAR Garratt "Mount Kilamanjaro". Mike Schumann also brought locos from his garden railway, including an 0-4-4-0T Mallet, on several occasions.

Back in the 1970's there was also one in Glan-y-mor yard at Boston Lodge - "The Glan-y-mor & Portmeirion Railway" if I remember correctly. (No this was not one - the Gym & P Rly was a HalDukes spoof sign erected beside the ash siding in Glan-y-mor. ACG)

Perhaps the total should by four - remember that Charles Easton Spooner had THE orginal one in his garden and house at Bron-y-Garth, where he ran Topsy.
