This is one of three large 24 tonne 350hp 0-6-0DH locomotives of this type on the WHR(P). It was built by the 23rd August Works in Bucharest, Romania, for PKP (Polish State Railways), builder's number 23389 of 1977. After service in Poland on the Jarocin Railway, it was purchased for the WHR(P) in July 1993 and moved to Gelert's Farm. It entered service at the Autumn Bank Holiday gala that year.
