There are at least four ways you can help:
1) Join the group (details
here). That will make us stronger and give us a
bigger voice. A small part of the subscription will be used
to help fund our projects.
2) Make a donation either to a specific project or to our
general funds. This should be sent to the Group Treasurer,
John Powell at 21 Madog Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd, LL49
9BU. If you are making a donation greater than about £10 and
you are a UK taxpayer then the Treasurer will tell you how
the value of your donation can be increased by Gift Aid
without any extra cost to you.
3) By joining one of our working parties or even by
taking on a project from home. People skilled in
engineering, woodwork & building are of most use to us but
we can make use of almost anyone. Details of working parties
are here but it is a good idea to contact the Working Party
Organiser to find out if there are other dates which have
been arranged at short notice. The Future Projects page
gives details of what we might do given time and money. If
you fancy taking on one of these, let us know. People with
computer skills are also useful but we could also use
someone who likes historical research and who would be
prepared to visit Record Offices to gain information.
4) Tell others about us.
