This publication involved a lot of work by many people to compile. It takes snippets of information from many sources but mainly the FR Magazine to give a fairly complete history of the restoration of the Railway from 1950. There is also a brief listing of major events going back to the start of the nineteenth century. It is hoped to keep it fairly up to date.

It is however more than just a history as it contains a Gazetteer of the line and an index for the FR Magazine.
